Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cabbage Head- Approx. 7″ diameter ((About 10 Cups Shredded))
  • 24 ounce Bacon ((Diced))
  • 1/2 Medium Onion- Approx. 2 1/2″ diameter ((About 1/2 Cup Chopped))
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large-deep frying pan or Wok, fry the diced bacon until cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion to the bacon and cook until tender.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and seasonings to the cooked bacon and onion and place a lid on top.
  4. On Medium heat, cook the cabbage down, stirring occasionally, until cabbage shreds are tender, but still crunchy.
