Fast and Easy Pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese ((Softened))
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Granulated Sweetener ((Like Swerve or Monkfruit))
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour 1/4 Cup batter onto a greased pre-heated griddle, set to Medium-Low heat.
  3. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for about another 1 minute.
  4. Repeat until all pancakes are formed. (This recipe should make 4 pancakes, which equals 1 serving.)
