2 ingredient Peanut Butt Keto Cookies
Amazing keto peanut butter cookies. Two ingredients! Unless you add more lol.
- 1 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky - either is good
- 1 egg large is best
Combine peanut butter and egg in bowl.
Mix with a fork until the mixture stiffens.
Roll into balls - about 12.
flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
Bake on parchment paper at 350° F for 8 to 10 minutes - ovens vary!
(Using Skippy Peanut butter with higher net carb value than natural PB)
Serving size is one cookie.
