(Like Swerve or Monkfruit)

Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour 1/4 Cup batter onto a greased pre-heated griddle, set to Medium-Low heat.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for about another 1 minute.
Repeat until all pancakes are formed. (This recipe should make 4 pancakes, which equals 1 serving.)
