This easy Jello dessert is not only a sugar free treat but is perfect for keto snacks too! It’s so easy to make that even someone new to cooking can do it! With only 2g net carbs, it’s a perfect choice for your next easy keto dessert.

Does It Taste Good?

The taste of this easy Jello dessert is very similar to the real thing! It will trick your brain into thinking you are eating something sweet and sugary! I like to add sugar free whipped cream to add to the “special” dessert feel.

What Flavors Are Best?

Strawberry Jello is my favorite, but you can use any flavor you want to match the occasion! Green (lime) would be so fun for Christmas. Orange for Halloween. You could do cherry/strawberry/raspberry for Valentine’s Day. What if you did a fun blue raspberry with cherry and whipped cream for Fourth of July?

The easy keto desserts will make a great snack and believe it or not, it’s a great sugar free desert for those on a low carb diet! Pssst. You don’t have to be on a diet to enjoy it, either.

Calories

Each easy keto dessert has about 100 calories, so it won’t hurt your daily calorie intake.

The easy Jello desserts are easy to make and are ready in just minutes! They only require water,  sugar free Jello powder, and an optional squirt of whipped cream!

Instructions:

Step 1:

Add the boiling water to a small bowl and sprinkle in the sugar free Jello powder. Mix well till dissolved.

Step 2:

Add the cold water and mix again till fully combined.

Step 3:

Pour into a bowl or container to cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. You can eat immediately but it tastes better if left overnight in the refrigerator!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Sugar Free Jello Fruit gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • whipping cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. boil 1 cup of water
  2. dissolve packet of jello into water
  3. add in cold water
  4. pour mixture into small bowls or ramekins
  5. let set in refrigerator for 4 to 8 hours (overnight is best)
  6. serve with whipped cream and a spoon
