I'm a sucker for a good shrimp cocktail.
Full disclosure? My weakness is the sauce.
When we sat down to have a special birthday meal for my mother-in-law, I had shrimp cocktails as the appetizers. My daughter and I eat ketogenically and we also ADORE shrimp cocktails.
Imagine how sick we felt when we found out there were a TON of carbs in normal cocktail sauce. I'll admit, I almost cried. But that's another story.
Then we decided to research and see what we could do about the sauce problem.
Well, as you can see, this recipe is as easy as they come.
The sugar free Ketchup is amazing and you don't need much of it. I highly recommend starting out with just a little bit of the horseradish. It gets spicier and spicier as it sits. We also use the fresh radish, but you can use any that you like that are low carb.
